Secure Fermentation and Heating: The fermentation barrel is convenient to use. A unidirectional exhaust valve releases gases produced during fermentation, reducing internal pressure. The thickened stainless steel bottom is compatible with various heating methods such as wood fire, gas stoves, and gas stoves, preventing deformation and damage. The temperature gauge on the lid displays Celsius and Fahrenheit temperatures, facilitating temperature monitoring during distillation.
Secondary Distillation System: Unlike regular distillers, a thumper keg is added in front of the cooling pot, delivering purer and richer flavors. The thumper keg enhances distillation purity further, liquefying and precipitating impurities in alcohol vapor through secondary distillation, thereby producing high-alcohol whiskies or other spirits. You can also add various flavoring ingredients to enhance the complexity of the finished wine.
Quick and Efficient Cooling: With excellent thermal conductivity, the copper coils have a large contact area for accelerated cooling. The smooth and wrinkle-free interior of the pipes prevents residues of distilled alcohol, water, and essential oils, avoiding bacterial growth and ensuring no aftertaste. A water pump facilitates cooling water circulation, with inlet and outlet valves controlling flow rates for thorough and efficient cooling.
Secure Sealing: Silicone leak-proof plugs are added at the corrugated pipe joints to prevent leaks of water vapor, reducing the risk of burns and other injuries. Use a wrench to tighten connections securely during assembly. The fermentation barrel lid features four fixed sealing latches with built-in seals, ensuring hygiene and optimal fermentation results.

Came without corrugated and silicone pipes, so I got a big partial refund from Jasmine at Vevor. With a DIY solution managed to start it up, and filled the 30l with a batch of 25l old wine yielded about 3 liters of 60% alcohol. It has no foam arrester, so if the heat is too high, it blows through, discoloring the transparent alcohol. So next time i will have to fill it only 2/3-rd, otherwise it will take forever to complete. The Thumper works great if you manage to close the lid hermetically. Expect the coil to be around half the size compared to the photos, but it will do it's job. The bottom of the tank is a single sheet of stainless steel, while it works on induction stove, i don't expect it to last long. The water pump is too powerful, it fills the vessel faster than it can drain itself.

I am very happy with this product. All in all, it exceeded my expectations. Maybe the only small complaint (maybe not important). I used the thumper keg to distill rosemary needles, that is, I put the rosemary needles in the thumper keg. I noticed that after distillation the water in the main pot changed color. So, the steam returned from the thumper keg to the main pot. I will try putting a non-return valve at the end of the pipe that goes from the main pot to the thumper keg. That will be my little experiment. Of course, this is not important for distilling alcoholic beverages.
