Before using this pillow I would wake up very stiff in the morning, I struggled to put on my socks and get dressed in general. There is such an improvement, I' m not going to say I wake up with no stiffness but I can easily bend forward and pick something up off the ground. It took me about 2 nights to get used to it , I wouldn't be without it now , it's great.
