There are two things to improve on it if someone buys one like this: - since the entire structure is made of stainless steel, you need to acquire a little copper sponge or mesh to separate the sulfur during mashing and place it instead of the ceramic beads. - to prevent the mash from burning, it is advisable to heat it in a somewhat larger water container. Otherwise, the device is complete and usable, it deserves a lot of stars.

Very well designed and crafted distiller. It is very practical, easy to use and easy to store.

Great distiller. I use it for fermenting home made beers mostly due to its capacity and because its stainless steel. Its easy to clean and to insulate to keep temp at steady level for fermentation. and its also sturdy and stable. Quite well made however I have not much experience in those type of containers. comes with bunch of accessories. the top cover locks to main body and is insulated with silicon all around. Its well build and Im sure it will last a lifetime.

The device is very solid and works well, it is easy to operate. I would also add one thermometer to measure the temperature in the pot for better setting of the boiling point.

Made of good quality material, the welds could be nicer, but it does not affect the function. The supplementary products are good, but they all need to be purchased separately, which allows for some savings. It is worth acquiring a copper filling and a digital core thermometer for more precise distillation, as the bimetal thermometer in the tower reacts a bit slowly to changes. Overall, it is worth it, but perhaps the 50-liter version would have been a better choice for me. You can make excellent pálinka with it if you adhere to certain things during the processes.
