Hydraulic Flange Spreader 10T Split-type
Here we offer you a manual hydraulic flange spreader. Split-type tool with light-weight and compact design is portable and easy for one to operate. Manually crank the hydraulic pump through handle to generate a pressure to expand the wedge iron outward to separate the objects. Suitable for commissioning, replacement, removal of flanges.

Split-type Design
The wedge head is connected to the standard hydraulic pump with a 31.5" long premium pipe, possible to be used at a distance. Plastic cap protect the head from dust.
Alloy Steel Head
Through a special heat treatment, the durable alloy steel head offers a good expansion. Works as long as the socket width is greater than 13mm. Wedge design, smooth, no friction, good protection to objects.
Pressure Relieve Valve
Equipped with a special pressure relieve valve. Rotate to "ON", and use the handle to generate the pressure, pushing the wedge iron to separate objects. Rotate to "OFF", relieve the pressure.
Thickened Cylinder
Hydraulic moveable wick in the handle increase the pressure by operating the handle. The oil cylinder has a 10T capacity, good tightness and no leakage, offering spreader force.
Insulated Handle
Thickened and insulated handles gives you comfortable and safe using experience, suitable for a long-lasting use. It features anti-slip design thanks to its special material.
