Packaged well and arrived in excellent. Very easy to assemble and the directions were brief but very helpful with excellent illustrations. The device works well and occupys a small footprint that is great for a small gym or room. The plate holders accept either 1 or 2 inch plates. The lifting slides need lubrication, but otherwise it's a great piece of equipment for the price.

The only thing I would fault is the that the tubes have a plastic guide sleeve instead of something more robust such as linear bearings. It doesn't wobble or shake and feels sturdy and strong with the amount of weight I'm using, which is a little more than 1/3rd of max rating.
