Quality Steel
The ball screw assembly is composed of a shaft, a nut, and BK/BF20 support sides. The ball reverser is made of quality steel, which stands up to wear and tear, and meet high load capacity requirements.
Faster Translating
The ball assembly acts as the nut, while the threaded shaft is the screw. Whereas, it yields higher mechanical efficiency than traditional Acme alternatives.
Accuracy Grade C7
The CNC router part is of accuracy grade C7 with bearing fits less than 0.03 mm so that the actuator rod doesn't wiggle so much when operating.
