It is really good and it makes it really easy to have your television where you can see it; if you don't have an end wall, you can just use the ceiling with this mount.

Great product, but absolutely ABYSMAL instructions (seriously) and didn't come with the correct tools but did come with extra parts? Definitely a 2-man project. I willed my way through getting a 40\" TV up by myself but that was more or less a miracle and required a ride of creativity on the struggle bus. It would be great if it came with a junction box / power strip to plug other devices in so there's limited visible wires, but it doesn't, so prepare for that. It would also heavily benefit from having a stencil to place the pilot holes for drilling rather than trying to hold up a heavy metal object to a ceiling while trying to mark the pilot hole locations with a marker. You'll need a 5mm allen wrench, phillips head screwdriver, stable ladder, 7/16 sockets and extensions (that are compatible with a drill for the lag bolts), 3/8 drill bit for the pilot holes, and a 2nd man to hold the TV while you bolt it to the frame. Watch for the placement of the bars on the back, I had to flip mine upside down because the cross bars were blocking access to the HDMI and power ports. Measure the space you'll need between the wall and the device / bottom of the TV when fully retracted so you don't raise it directly into the wall behind it. Takes about 60 seconds to fold down and another 60 to go back up. Good luck!
