The Knob style made me think it turns and it don't , it's just a push button for on /off . once I paired the remote device I just use it . Would of liked the LED pad instead of knob type . Instructions are confusing on pairing . Make sure light on knob is on if the fuel pump is clicking . If not push stop button make sure exhaust is out side before restarting , may have un burnt fuel in combustion and exhaust tube . This happened to me while trying to pair up remote . Other than that it's been heating fine . Have shown several people and they gave thumbs up . I give it 5 stars because I shut off my 2 electric 1500watt heaters .

The control panel has voice comments in Chinese. Cute to listen to, but useless to me since I am ignorant of the language.
