This treadmill went way beyond my expectations in terms of: sturdiness, build quality, attention to details. The instructions are clear and explicit and the tools are right. The product was incredibly well packed, with a lot of Styrofoam. Everything was shock proof. I was pleasantly surprised to see the number of spare parts received for mostly any moving part. You definitely won me over with the spare parts. Incredibly thoughtful and impactful for a customer. My dog loves the experience and the treadmill feels like it would be functional for at least 10-15 year, not to mention that maintenance will be very very easy due to the way it was built. I am very satisfied with the slat mill! Super good quality and at a very good price. It came very well packaged, so despite some scuffs caused by the shipping company on the outside of the package, all parts inside were intact. Easy to assemble with clear markings on all parts. If I could change anything, I would have liked to be able to push the attachment arm where the harness is attached a little further back. If the dog is to have a proper ergonomic pulling harness, the dog ends up so far forward that it risks pinching its claws or toes when the strap comes up and the wooden plates come together. But it fits just right for my medium poodle in a 'everyday harness'. I am super satisfied!!
