Plutôt bien, le mixeur est joli est de bonne qualité. La lame du mixeur est de marque japonaise, je l’utilise depuis 1 an pour faire essentiellement des frappés et la machine tourne toujours aussi bien. Concernant le capot censé réduire le bruit, je suis septique, c’est très bruyant et je n’ai pas l’impression que le capot de protection serve à quelque chose.

Has been working great for commercial use ! Not sure about decibel levels but is quieter for sure.
