I am really happy with the product, everything is almost perfect. So I can only mention 2 things I wish were a little different. It's a bit of a shame that you can't buy a thumper alongside it. Also, the hoses for the condenser could have been longer. But as a first-time setup, I am very happy. I just ordered a 13.2-gallon with a thumper. So I must be quite happy with it since I am buying a new one. Good quality. Where can I buy longer hoses?
