Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to our site! All our products can be returned within 30 days for certain reasons (The same guarantee is provided for the replaced and returned products). Please contact our customer service team if you encounter any problems! Pease read the policy below for more details.

Claim

The return policy is only suitable for our official site product. We will not take any responsibility for other websites that sell VEVOR products. Please check everything carefully after you receive the parcel. Any damage, except DOA (Dead-On-Arrival), will not be covered.If your item has been damaged in transit or becomes faulty in the warranty period, please email us with pictures or video to show the problem. All unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Note: All explaining authorization belongs to VEVOR. If you have any problems, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Reasons Supporting Free Return

Wrong item sent

If you received a product that is not the same as was what you ordered, send photos of the product you received to us. We will exchange the item after confirmation.

How to Return the Original Product

Issues after Returning Items

After the original product has arrived at our warehouse, we will inform you of the following issues about the refund or exchanging. The refund will be processed after the item is confirmed by our warehouse staff to be unopened and in good condition.
