I bought this rack to lift my guitar pedal board off the floor and to utilize some space under my keyboard rack. I cut a plywood shelf and painted it to add a smooth and wider surface area for my pedal board. The rack was perfect for the job. It is well made and sturdy and moreover easy to assemble. The size was perfect and fit nicely under my keyboard rack. I can see that this rack would be good for many uses and particularly for the intended use of storing boxes and supporting allot more weight than my pedal board.
