Katta used it from day one. Should have come with insulation for the floor, or at least had it as an option when purchasing. Cold in winter.

The Cat House is very nice but I think it was not prepared for outdoor use, for direct exposure to rain and snow. So, I've added on all surfaces a special yacht incolor coating, very good against water and UV. I've also added inside pillows and blankets. Few days after this treatment no cat went inside, but after 3-4 days, all 3 cats that spend the day in our courtyard populated the ground floor of the new Cat House. They are so happy!

Great House for my patio. I bought this for my large cat as a shelter for rain or hail storms in the Spring/Summer/Fall. Dimensions are correct. Instructions are easy to follow with pictures. All parts included with some spares. One person can assemble. Quality product. **The only con you need to be aware of is that when you initially open it and assemble it will have a chemical smell from whatever they painted/stained the wood with, but this dissipates in time, especially if placed outside (I assume the smell is so strong at first because it's packaged right after its treated)** That aside it has two doorways with overhangs and acrylic split door pieces for both (optional) and a large bubble window at one end with a trap door at the other that can be secured.
