This VEVOR 300 PSI air hose reel features a wall-mounted reel with 30 m of PVC hose. This lets you reach across the floor in large garages, commercial workshops, body shops, and agricultural sheds without moving the compressor between jobs. The hose is 30 m long and can reach the full depth of most double-bay workshops from a single mounting point. This means that you do not need a centrally located compressor or multiple extension hoses to cover the same area.
The 300 PSI air hose reel’s working pressure is high enough to handle the full output range of most fixed workshop compressors, from light-duty inflation to constant pneumatic tool use and spray painting. When you mount the reel on the wall, all 30 m of the hose is off the ground.
Along the 30 m length, the 9.5 mm (3/8") internal width lets enough air flow through for most pneumatic hand tools and inflation equipment. For this reach, maintaining a steady flow rate requires an internal diameter that minimizes pressure loss. The 3/8" diameter strikes this balance for the types of tools this reel is made for. The hose is lighter than rubber at this length because it is made of PVC, which is important when 30 m needs to be pulled out and guided across a workplace floor.
PVC remains flexible between -5°C and 45°C. When the hose is 30 m long, it becomes hard to guide because it stiffens in cold weather. This puts more stress on the return spring. The PVC formula remains workably flexible throughout, so the auto-rewind device will always operate, regardless of the workshop temperature.
With a gentle pull and release, the spring-driven rewind system returns 30 m of hose to the drum. This means that you do not have to coil a hose this length by hand after each session. With a 30 m hose, an automatic rewind system saves considerably more time than manual coiling. Coiling by hand at the end of the workday takes more time and effort, which adds up over time.
The track lock keeps the hose in place at any length in the middle, so it does not retract on you mid-job, and the working length stays the same without the user having to maintain tension. The adjustable stopper sets a maximum pull-out limit.
It is easier to place the reel near the compressor exit with the 2 m lead-in hose, which is twice as long as the 15 m model's lead-in. The longer lead-in means you do not need as many extra extensions between the compressor and the reel inlet in larger workshops, where the compressor is in a plant room or a corner and not right next to the reel mount.
The 1/4" BSP outlet fitting can connect to impact wrenches, air guns, spray guns, blow guns, and tire inflators without the need for adapters. This is because 1/4" BSP is the usual thread size for pneumatic tools in European workshops. Testing for leaks at every link ensures the full 300 PSI working pressure remains consistent from the compressor to the tool.
The plastic cover keeps the 30 m of hose safe from dust, grinding debris, oil mist, and accidental bumps in a busy workshop. A longer hose is exposed to more dust and debris on an open reel, making an enclosed housing especially useful. The cover protects the hose from dirt and wear, which shortens its service life in dusty places.
During both extension and retraction, non-snag rollers keep the hose moving smoothly over the exit point. This keeps the edges from wearing down and the drum from spinning unevenly. The reel weighs 9.48 kg, which is more than the 15-meter version, but it is still easy to install on the wall with standard screws into concrete or wood framing.
The 180° swivel bracket rotates freely from the fixed mounting point, directing the hose to different areas of the workshop without moving the unit. The ability to rotate the exit point by 180° increases the useful coverage zone from a single point at a distance of 30 m. The bracket supports both wall and floor installation.
Floor mounting works well in workshops where shelves or other equipment take up wall space. A floor-mounted installation can improve hose access in workshops with limited wall space. The compact 410 × 220 × 360 mm housing fits neatly beside workstations without occupying excessive space.
This 300 PSI air hose reel is designed for use in temperatures from -5°C to 45°C. You can use the hose right away at -5°C because it does not need to warm up. This temperature range is enough for most northern European winters. At 45°C, it can handle summer conditions in workshops with insufficient airflow or in enclosed areas where heat builds up under metal roofs.
The PVC hose remains flexible enough for easier handling after storage. It is hard to smoothly release a 30 m hose that remains wound tightly in a coil during cold storage. This PVC hose straightens more easily during use, helping reduce kinks and improving handling.
