Yes, cold pressing means the raw materials have not been fried or roasted. Whether cold pressing or hot pressing, the machine heater must be preheated for about 5 to 10 minutes before pressing the raw materials. The wattage of the machine is different, and the power is different.

Does this machine is suitable for pressing olives and get the olive oil???
Yes, but the oil press can only extract the kernels of olives. The olive kernels must be dry and not damp. All raw materials must be dry before oil can be extracted.
