About this item
VEVOR Stainless Steel Prep Table with Drawers, 540 lb Capacity
This stainless steel prep table with drawers, model YH2-48-XP, is made entirely of stainless steel and rated to hold heavy loads on every surface. The tabletop supports 540 lb, and the lower shelf supports up to 450 lb, giving you serious capacity for heavy pots, ingredients, or equipment during busy prep periods. That kind of rated strength matters most in commercial kitchens, where surfaces are constantly loaded and unloaded during a shift.
The upper shelf holds up to 200 lb and the hanging rack up to 100 lb, so this unit is a table built for real daily storage beyond the main tabletop and bottom shelf, not light occasional use. This table measures 48 x 24 x 55 in. It offers a full 61 x 122 cm work surface with plenty of vertical storage above. This prep table’s surface size and weight capacity make it suitable for heavy-duty kitchen work.
Double Overshelf and 2 Drawers Keep Tools Organized
A double overshelf over the main work surface provides dedicated space for seasonings, tools, or things you use often without cluttering the prep area below. Keeping these items within easy reach speeds up repetitive tasks because staff doesn’t have to walk away from the table to grab frequently used ingredients or utensils. Our prep table is very useful in a busy kitchen. This table helps you work faster. Two built-in drawers add extra organization. This gives you a place to stash smaller accessories, such as knives, thermometers, or prep tools out of sight but still within reach. Dedicated drawers simplify sorting and help you find smaller items without digging through one shared space. This stainless steel prep table with drawers is designed for a layered, accessible organization system.
Adjustable 3-Height Lower Shelf with 5 Stainless Steel Hooks
The lower shelf isn’t stationary; it has 3 height options. This means you can adjust the storage space to fit pots, bins, or larger equipment. You can adjust it based on what a particular prep session calls for. That adjustability offers real flexibility compared to a single fixed-height shelf, since kitchen storage needs often change from day to day. No additional tools or hardware are needed to adjust the shelf height for different tasks.
With five stainless steel hooks, you can easily hang tools, cloths, or utensils directly on the table frame so you can find them easily. The hooks keep frequently used items in sight and within arm’s reach. They help keep your workspace neater and more efficient overall. This hook system combines with the adjustable shelf. This creates a truly flexible storage system.
Rounded Edges Reduce Bumping in Tight Kitchen Spaces
Each tabletop and shelf edge on this table is rounded and curved to minimize bumping and scratching during regular use. In a busy kitchen where staff move quickly from one station to another, sharp edges are a real everyday hazard, and this rounded design directly addresses that risk. Less scratching also helps maintain the table's appearance and surface integrity.
This edge design is especially useful for high-frequency operations where the table is in constant contact throughout a shift. Staff can move around the table more naturally without worrying about sharp corners. That increase in comfort and safety can make a real difference in busy, fast-paced kitchens where every bit of efficiency counts.
Stainless Steel Prep Table with Drawers for Multiple Settings
This stainless steel prep table with drawers fits easily in settings beyond commercial kitchens, such as home prep areas, garage workbenches, bakeries, and outdoor BBQ stations. Its durable stainless steel construction and practical storage features work well in many environments. Whether in a professional kitchen or a backyard, the table serves the same basic function.
This table's design suits focused, stationary tasks. It provides consistent, reliable use without needing to be repositioned during a shift or project. Its combination of surface space, drawer storage, and shelving makes it versatile enough to serve as a main workstation in almost any prep-oriented space. That flexibility is a big part of why this table appeals for such a wide variety of use cases.
Bullet-Style Legs Add Stability at 76 lb Total Weight.
The strong legs make the whole table stable. The table stays stable in use and won’t easily move or wobble, even with heavy items on it. This matters because the tabletop, shelves, and racks can hold significant weight.
The table weighs 76 lb, which helps it stay firmly on the floor when loaded with pots, ingredients, and tools. The table is stable for everyday use due to its sturdy legs and heavy weight. This stainless steel prep table with drawers is suitable for a commercial kitchen or even a home garage.
