What does 42# mean in diameter? How many mm? Also how many knives does it use? Capacity in form of how big pieces of beef can it handle

The diameter is 13.2mm. The machine has one cross-shaped blade inside, and another cross-shaped blade is provided separately. The machine's output is 800kg/h. Beef chunks should ideally be under 10cm in size; otherwise, larger chunks will have difficulty entering the feed chute.
