With one light pull and release, the spring-driven auto-rewind system pulls 20 m of hose back onto the drum. When mounted on the ceiling, this feature is very useful because the hose lifts itself off the floor and pulls back up without any user assistance, instantly clearing the area below. 

The built-in track lock keeps the hose at any length without the user having to keep it tight. This is helpful when using both hands simultaneously, such as when spray painting, using a blow gun, or inflating several tires at once. The 30 m model can only be mounted on the wall or floor, but this ceiling mounted air hose reel can also be mounted on the ceiling. The same 180° swivel bracket holds all three surfaces. The main difference on this page is ceiling mounting, which places the reel above the work area so the hose exits downward and reaches the work area without the user having to cross any floor space.

The 180° swivel allows the hose outlet to rotate around the mounting point for wider working coverage. This lets you reach different parts of the workshop without moving the reel. This swivel is very important for roof-mounted installations because it allows the hose to reach areas not directly below the reel without getting tangled at the exit point.

2 m Lead-In Hose and 1/4" BSP Fitting for Direct Tool Connection 

The 2-meter lead-in hose links the fixed reel's inlet to the compressor's outlet. It provides enough slack to simplify routing between the compressor and the ceiling-mounted reel. The lead-in usually goes vertically down a wall before connecting to the compressor in ceiling installations. The 2 m length is sufficient to cover most standard ceiling-to-compressor routing without an extra extension hose.

The 20 m working hose has a 1/4" BSP outlet fitting, which is the usual thread for pneumatic tools in European workshops. It works with air ratchets, impact wrenches, spray guns, blow guns, tire inflators, and spray guns without adapters. 

Ceiling Mount Air Hose Reel Operable from -5°C to 45°C Year-Round 

This ceiling mount air hose reel is designed for use in garages and workshops operating between -5°C and 45°C. It can handle temperatures from -5°C to 45°C. At -5°C, the PVC hose is still flexible enough to pull out and guide without getting stiff. This is especially important in a ceiling-mounted setting, where the hose hangs unsupported, and any stiffness from the cold would make downward extension difficult and uneven.

At the upper end, 45°C is warm enough for protected workshops in the summer, when outdoor temperatures rise sharply. Within this temperature range, the PVC maintains its flexibility and secure fitting performance. This means that the 1/4" BSP exit always has a secure seal, no matter what the weather is like.
