8 Pistol Case Storing Up to 8 Handguns Including Revolvers and 28 Magazines 

Within a single sealed enclosure measuring 556×455×225 mm on the outside, the VEVOR 8 pistol case can hold up to eight handguns and 28 magazines. This version works with revolvers and semi-automatic pistols up to 10.03 inches (254.76 mm) long. This larger interior also accommodates many revolvers and larger handgun configurations. 

Because it fits revolvers, the 8 pistol case is a practical solution for storing a mixed collection. It can hold semi-automatic service pistols, compact carry guns, and wheel guns all in the same configurable XPE foam interior, so you do not need a separate case just for the revolver. This broad compatibility means that range officers, shooting instructors, and collectors who keep various handguns do not have to buy extra cases for each action type.

Four-Latch Closure System for Maximum Seal Pressure and Lid Retention 

There are four heavy-duty latches around the outside of the case, two along the front face and one at each end. These latches hold the lid in place and apply even pressure along the full length and width of the gasket contact zone between the lid and the body. This large-format case has four latches instead of two, which stops the lid from deflecting as it can in cases this size with only two front-mounted latches. Without sufficient latches, unsupported lid sections may flex under load, reducing gasket compression and weakening the IP67 seal. 

Each latch applies independent closing force at its position, meaning the lid is held flat and fully compressed against the gasket simultaneously at four points rather than being pulled flat by two points and relying on lid rigidity to transfer that force across the unsupported span between them. The four-latch system gives the case that holds eight guns and 28 magazines, which can add up to more than 25 pounds when fully loaded, the structural strength this load requires.

IP67 Waterproof and Dustproof Shell with Moisture-Proof Desiccant Module 

The polypropylene shell provides IP67-rated protection against dust and temporary water immersion up to 1 m for up to 30 minutes. This means the protection level is IP67. This level of protection covers environmental exposures that occur during field use, transport in a vehicle, crossing a body of water, handling checked luggage, and storage outdoors in all kinds of weather. 

The internal moisture-proof desiccant module absorbs humidity from the air inside the case and any moisture that was on the gun's surface when it was packed. It does this job without taking any action when the case is closed. By storing eight guns at once, the total metal surface area exposed to any trapped humidity is much greater than in a case for a single pistol. 

Modular XPE Foam with 494×394×162 mm Lower Bay for Full-Size Handgun Clearance 

The lower internal dimensions are 494 × 394 × 162 mm, which is 18.5 mm deeper than the 404 mm variant's lower cavity. This provides enough vertical space for revolvers with tall cylinder profiles, full-size semi-automatic pistols with high-ride holster cuts, or aftermarket barrel lengths that approach the 10.03-inch maximum. The XPE foam modules inside this cavity can be fully detached and repositioned. 

The upper lid interior measures 494 × 394 × 45 mm. It is lined with egg-crate foam that molds to the tops of stored items when the lid is closed, providing cushioned contact across the entire contents zone. The 45 mm lid depth is sufficient for the egg-crate foam to make full conforming contact with the grips, cylinder, and slide surfaces of the loaded pistol bays, stabilizing all eight firearms against vertical bounce during road transport and preventing the slide-on-slide contact that causes finish wear when multiple pistols are stored without adequate separation. 

8 Pistol Case TSA Compliant with Pressure-Equalising Valve for Air Travel 

The 8 pistol case is TSA-compliant and designed for use with user-supplied padlocks, in accordance with TSA firearm transportation requirements. The two padlock holes allow the owner's padlocks to be attached to the closure points. This meets the TSA requirement that checked gun cases be locked so no one else can open them in transit. When padlocks are installed through the lock holes where the latches are, they make the closure even more secure.

It is hard to open the lid of a fully sealed case after landing because of the pressure difference between the sealed interior at ground level and the lower pressure in the aircraft cargo hold. The pressure-equalizing valve solves this problem. The pressure-equalizing valve prevents vacuum lock after altitude changes while maintaining the case's protective seal. 

9.9 lb Carry Weight with Single Handle for Manageable Multi-Firearm Transport 

When the case is empty, it weighs 9.9 pounds (4.5 kg), indicating that the PP shell construction strikes a good balance between rigidity and material efficiency for the 556x455x225 mm size. The total carry weight of eight pistols and 28 magazines will vary widely depending on the gun models and ammunition used. 

With the single carry handle set up for a balanced grip at full weight, you can safely and comfortably carry the case over small distances, like from your car to the check-in counter, from the range parking lot to the firing line, or from the storage room to the training area. If you need to carry the case over longer distances or with heavy loads, the rigid PP body lets you use the outer shell as a stable stacking surface on a trolley or luggage cart.
