The fryer will automatically shut off if the temperature exceeds 230 ℉ (446 ℉) or the temperature control fails. Plus, it's equipped with a timer so you don't miss a thing.
  • Details just for you: The matching lid minimizes the splashing of hot oil. And the hook on the front makes it easy to hang the basket for quick draining of the oil. The reminder line shows how much oil needs to be refilled.
  • Easy to clean: Thankfully, the heating tube simply flips up, making it easy to clean after each use. And guess what? The stainless steel exterior is easy to wipe down. Additionally, the tank has a drain valve on the front that makes draining the oil effortless. Note: 1. Please remove any white plastic protective film from the surface. 2. Great fryer. Made some super crispy fried chicken without burning. Uses alot of oil, 3 gallons approximately but it's really really good. I suggest filtering your oil that way you can reuse it next time. Great price too

Very good fryer. Heat up well and stays relatively hot in between batches. Listen it’s 1500 watts so manage your expectations, but it’s well engineered and insulated so a couple of batches in, it stays hot. 1 star off because if you fill the oil ton to the max line and drop in it’s stated capacity, it will overflow. Fill to min line and you will be fine, caused a big mess for me. Other than that I highly recommend
