The pour nozzle gets clogged which allows the collection tray to overflow. Unfortunately we were not expecting the clog and resulted in a big mess. The machine was very well packed for shipping. Despite the great packaging, it looks like the machine already had scratches on the metal behind the plastic covers which means it came that way before shipping. There were several scratches on the machine. The blemishes did not mess up the operation of the machine at all. The machine works great. It is just a little disappointing to have flaws when you spend so much money on a product. Despite that, the machine was easy to clean, easy to disassemble, and easy to put back together. I'm happy with the machine and will overlook the blemishes.
