The pizza oven worked as it should. I don't have very long experience yet and I don't have experience with other ovens either. But easy and convenient to use. The storage bag was also immediately included. A negative aspect is that the supplied gas hose did not connect to the pizza oven (the threads did not match). We had to buy a new spacer to get it to work.

Fast delivery, appropriate price, difficult to use, and deplorable communication based on automated message flows, where communication repeats successively without connection, with inappropriate responses to the questions. I have been trying to communicate for over a week and they always respond to me in the same way: with nonsensical responses, automated or not answering the questions asked. Very difficult to communicate. I do not recommend.

It is very problematic to maintain the temperature at the desired level for baking pizza, even though we have purchased more efficient pellets. Opening the door while turning the pizza causes the oven to lose temperature, and it is difficult to raise it back up. There is a lack of a knob for manipulating the pizza rotation without opening the door. The oven will be left unused.

Works well but can sometimes struggle to get up to and maintain temperature especially in colder weather ... very disappointed to learn that the gas burner can't be ordered separately so I would definitely recommend buying it with the gas burner included ..
