I am extremely pleased with this warmer. Very well protected in shipping. Removing the protective film was easier than described in most reviews. Took two men 30 minutes. Love the racks inside. Controls are easy to use. After heating for about one hour to break in we used it and it performed well keeping freshly prepared breakfast meats and eggs and biscuits warm. The ability to ad up to 2 liters of water keeps food from drying out. Unit is easily cleaned. Hoping that this unit continues to work for many years. This is for a church kitchen and we are very pleased with our purchase.
