this replaced an emergency "Alarm will sound" exit. The door can now be opened from the outside, and can be set to latch so the wind does not open it.

This product seems to be made well enough there are just two things that you need to keep in mind. First I could not find a locksmith that could make extra keys. The knob to latch the door in the open position is made out of plastic.
