I don't normally consider writing reviews, but this device was worth it. The compact design with the included battery and charger made it easy to clean out my kitchen drain three times in a row

Feels solid and very maneuverable. The only thing I miss, which I have seen in other reviews, is a box for the loose tools. So I 3D printed a box myself and assembled it.

The great thing is that it has controls where it will just rotate until the clog is gone. Retracting the snake coil is very easy. I used an old towel to clean when retracting.

It took out a very hard clog in the waste water system. I was going to get the model with the aito-feed, but the ms usl feed gives you more control when navigating the turns in the system. I'll tackle roots in my mainline this spring. I don't think it will have a problem.

I managed to get this carefully down the stairs, and easily assembled it. I fed it gently through my clean out toward the street, using the pedal to run-feed-pause-probe-repeat. It took less than 20 minutes to slice through a matt of tree roots and reopen my clogged main line.

It's quick, light, portable and powerful. If you know how to use a snake, this will clean out your clogs. I suspect most the time people who break the line is due to user error.

If you are thinking about getting this it is worth it I was surprised how well it worked for my drains

Bought it a few months ago, finally was able to use it. We had a slow drain for a stand up shower due to build up of hair. The instructions were straight forward and it worked as described, 2 inch diameter drain after 3 feeds it was completely clear. I bought it because or the portability and the length of the cable. Glad to have bought it.
