Tolle mobile Kannenmelkanlage
Die Anlage kommt mit allem was man grundsätzlich zum maschinellen Melken benötigt, nur leider komplett ohne Montageanleitung (kann mittlerweile anders sein, hatte das Modell vom selben Anbieter im Januar 2023 über eBay bestellt, da etwas günstiger). Man muss zumindest schonmal ein Melkzeug bzw eine Kannenmelkanlage in der Hand gehabt haben um exakt zu wissen wie alles funktioniert. Die Teile werden Nummer an Nummer zusammengesteckt und dann ist das Gerät nach einer gründlichen Reinigung betriebsfertig. Das heißt Vakuum wird aufgebaut, wenn alle Teile korrekt angeschlossen, der Deckel fest auf der Kanne und das Ventil am Sammelstück oben ist. Am Pulsator ist hinten eine kleine Schraube, mit der man die Taktfrequenz einstellen kann. Es empfiehlt sich da erst nochmal zu schauen und es dann direkt am Tier je nach Tierart (z. B. Rind abhängig vom Gummi und der Höhe des Melkplatzes 43-50kPa und 50-65 Schläge pro Minute) einzustellen. Der Takt 60/40 ist fest und kann nicht verändert werden. Alle Teile sind leicht zu reinigen und zu wechseln. Überall stehen Bezeichnungen dran, um für korrekten Ersatz sorgen zu können. Am besten z. B. weiche (größengerechte) Gummis von namenhaften Herstellern nutzen, um die Kilopascal zu reduzieren und so das Zitzengewebe zu schonen. Die Kanne muss beim Melken auf dem vorgesehenen Platz der Anlage stehen, da die Schläuche vom Gerät zum Deckel vergleichsweise kurz sind. Der lange Milchschlauch und der doppelte Vakuumschlauch sind lang genug, um die Anlage weit genug vom Tier entfernt aufstellen zu können.Das Sammelstück ist klar und lässt den Milchfluss aus den einzelnen Vierteln gut erkennen. Die kurzen Milchschläuche sind ganz OK, allerdings bekommt ihnen das Abknicken zum Anhängen wohl nicht so gut. Bei einer kleinen Kuh mit kurzen Beinen muss man immer schauen, dass das Melkzeug etwas unterm Bauch liegt und die Schläuche dabei gebogen sind, sonst knicken sie wieder ab.Rundum eine ganz tolle Anlage, die privat noch verfeinert und perfektio
