Nicely made.
I coupled this with a hoist from the same company. Seems to be very well made. I made some modifications which went easily. I drilled some other mounting holes to attach it to a 6x6. Very pleased. Works great.

Det virker bare godt. 2 tips: 1. sørg for at spillet hænger 100% i vater, eller hjælp wiren så den fordeles over hele spolen, under indtulning. DA wire ellers vil rulle sig op i den ENE ende af spolen (pladsmangel) 2. Vi skulle hejse 15m, men spillet leveres med max 12m (som "alle andre spil". Vi udskiftede selv wiren med 16m ny wire af samme dimension, uden problemer. Dejligt stykke værktøj

Good to use, good price
I replaced the supplied extension element with a longer aluminium sealed section and use it as an electric car charger cable holder. It's perfect for this purpose too. Unfortunately it doesn't open fully in either end position, the weld seam won't allow it. In my use case this was important. I had to sand and repaint, but I'm still happy with it because it's a cheap and workable solution to the problem. Of course, in this case I'm nowhere near the rated load.

I believe that the one I have received, had been returned by a previous customer as some of the packaging was opened. However, country to what the other comments have said, it does fit together perfectly! The issue I believe people are having is that you have to move the shackle part (not sure what it is called) the part that attaches to the main bar, you have to move it down a little so that the support arm (the thin piece of metal) fits the main bar (not sure what you call each part but see picture). Just assemble it exactly as the picture shows and you will find that all parts fit together perfectly. It is a great item! Hope the seller replenishes their stock as it a good item and very useful. It works exactly as I had hoped! Thanks very much! Hope this helps!

Sturdily made swing arm bought to help me, when fitted with a 500W electric hoist, lift and move a 250lb woodturning lathe. Assembling the arm was quite straightforward with only the diagonal brace support a little fiddly to align.
