I read good review on this product and decide it to buy it just to prepare for storm season

These only arrived yesterday, but I have already put one to use. When we get heavy rain and wind blowing in from the North, as it did last night, we get water the runs under the side door of my equipment shed. I put one out yesterday afternoon when the rain started. I went out this morning and the pad was fully swollen, and the dirt and gravel floor in the shed stayed dry. I really like this. They are about 2 feet long, and you'd need more for larger doors. I am considering putting a couple around my sump pump area.

My neighbor had some of these flood barriers bags on hand when the Astrometric River hit Southern California February 2024. We did not and had to actually go out in the rain to get additional sandbags when major flooding in our neighborhood occurred. I am happy with this set from Vevor. The set even comes with a clearly written instruction booklet on use, storage options and disposal options. According to the booklet, they can be dried out and reused! I am so happy to have a set of these flood barrier bags on hand for future flooding problems. Each bag is individually vacuumed packed in plastic. They are flat, light weight and easy to store. They expand upon contact with water, so I am keeping them all dry in their individual bags. Sandbags do a good job, but they take planning and forethought. Filling and lugging very heavy sandbags is hard work. This is a product I hope to never use, but I am glad to have on hand. Useful for emergency flooding situation.
