Hi, I want to store nasal polyp samples for researching. Everyday we have 4 samples and I should send them to Switzerland from Wiesbaden, Germany, but All in all we have 50-100 samples, which one do you suggest? 6L or 10L? however the 10L tank may also keep the low temperature for longer times? How many samples I can store in each of them? For how long? Best regards,
This tank cannot be sent from Wis to Switzerland after being filled with liquid nitrogen, because the tank is not sealed and will explode if it is sealed. If it is not sealed, liquid nitrogen is a low-temperature liquid and cannot be taken on an airplane. If you are just at home or driving to another place, it is recommended to choose 10 liters. The storage time of 10 liters is longer. Liquid nitrogen is usually added once every month or so. The 10 liters can hold 100 samples.
