can you tell me please what is the minimum height for the lift? 8,5 inches + the height of the claw + projector height? thank you

It is mechanically positioned. 236mm+90mm+ projector height.

What is total recess height required to install it on the ceiling? Meaning from screwing it to the ceiling - to the bottom of the lift base (the visible plate) that you see on the ceiling?
