Dear Vevor team, I have two technical questions about the photo sensors (photocells) for the gate: NC (Normally Closed) function: Can we set the photo sensors to NC (Normally Closed)? We want to ensure that if the wire breaks or power is lost, the gate will stay safe and will not open/move. Stop in both directions: Can the photo sensors stop the gate in both directions (both during closing AND during opening)? Please let me know if your system supports these settings. Thanks!

Hello, the photoelectric sensor cannot be set to a normally closed state. It cannot stop in both directions; it will only reverse if it detects an object during the closing process. If this response does not resolve your issue, please contact us again for assistance.
