What is no load input current to this inverter, meaning how much input current is the inverter taken, if output (230V) has no load?

Hi! Where are the 40 A fuses supposed to go? On the AC-output or on the DC-input side? If my calculations are right, for 2000 W, at 12 V I would need a 2000/12 = 167 A fuse on the DC-input side, while at 230 V I would need a 2000/230 = 9 A fuse on the AC-output side. Related question: what gauge are the wires? Thanks!
