Hi What is the output voltage before and after regulation?

It is affected by wind speed. The load output voltage of the wind turbine is in the range of 0-16V.

I intend to connect VEVOR 12V/100 W turbine to Bluetti B300 12 V DC charging input which is electronicaly controlled = one can't see any voltage (12 V DC) at this battery B300 charging input. My question is whether the regulator built in the wind turbine will work correctly if its output will be connected to this electronicaly controlled DC charging input = no "standby current" is provided from the Bluetti B300 battery.
