So if I didn't put legs on this and thus keeping a higher weight possibility on the top shelf, wouldn't it be possible to put two of these on top of each other to hold another two cat boxes there? I have 3 cats and thus 4 litter boxes and if this combination works this would be what I've been looking for for a long time
