What is the functional difference between no 4,5 and 6? Is it just personal preference or are they designed for different exercises or to emphasize different muscles? The original (MAG) grips are clearly pronated/supinated/neutral for the different versions of "medium width" but these and many other similar attatchments have 3 different "medium width" that are all neutral but looks to be small differences where the palm rests in the grip
No.4, No.5 and No.6 are all medium-distance handles, and they exercise the same muscle parts, the difference is that No.4 can be gripped both outwardly and inwardly; No.5 is a vertical grip; and No.6 is an outward grip, but because of the design reason, No.6 is more comfortable to grip than No.4, and the difference between the three products mainly lies in the preference of different hands to grip the handles in different directions.
