Can you get more remote controls for this unit? Is it possible to add a magnetic/pressure sensor to automatically open the gate?

Hello. This gate opener comes with two remote controls, and extra remotes are not available for the time being. The control board has reserved ports, so you can connect magnetic sensors, pressure ground sensors and other devices to realize automatic gate opening. Thank you for your inquiry.

I have a 2 leaf gate. How long is the cable for the motor for the leaf on the far side?

The boom comes with a 1.5-meter cable. If an extension cable is needed, it is recommended to use 5C*18AWG (5C*0.75mm²) wire for extensions up to 15 meters (50 ft.). You can purchase an extension cable of this specification yourself. Then connect it to the five-core wire that comes with the boom, and correctly connect it to the control board. It is recommended to keep the wiring distance between the boom and the control box within 15 meters.
