I wanted to know if it is possible to connect the neutral to ground using a relay connected with dry contact. This is so as not to have the neutral with voltage with respect to the ground.

This model does not have dry contacts. Grounding the neutral wire may trigger the circuit breaker to trip, depending on whether the local mains power distribution permits it. The input and output neutral (N) wires of the inverter are connected internally. The neutral wire is energized to ground and has induced voltage. Normal grounding is sufficient; touching the casing will not generate voltage.
