Dear Customer, The inner compartment size of this book cart is enough to store your classic folders with size 30 cm(L) × 32 cm(H) × 5-7 cm(D). The middle partition is fixed and cannot be installed optionally at the shelf edge. You can find the assembly instructions in the product page description and we do not provide a separate PDF file temporarily.
