Why is thir 2 inlets for oil

There are two ports for filling the engine oil, which are connected on both sides. Different models can choose to fill the oil from whichever side is more convenient. You can fill the oil from either side.

What type of oil is needed for the water pump? For the engine I saw that 10W-30 is recommended but for the water pump I didn't see it specified anywhere, I'm asking so that there are no problems and the pump burns out on the first start without oil.

The pump does not require refueling, it is already filled with oil at the factory.
