Hi, Can you explain the functions? Keep Fresh? Freeze? Standby? How do i keep ice in night vision? And what do i press to activate it again to be made fresh to customer?

Hello, Keep Fresh: Keep ingredients fresh overnight with low cooling. Freeze: Normal working mode to make soft serve ice cream. Standby: Power on standby without cooling or stirring. To keep ice overnight, turn on Keep Fresh. Next day, press Freeze to restart for serving. Best regards
