You mention 140lbs weight. Is this the limit for the boxing bag or the person that will do pull ups?

140 lb = max bag weight it can hang safely The pull-up bar has a separate rating (usually higher, around ~120 kg / 260 lb+ depending on version) Your body weight for pull-ups is not the same limit as the bag hook In short: the 140 lb spec is for the boxing bag only, not you doing pull-ups. if this answer does not resolve the current issue, please contact us again for assistance.
