Does this vacuum sealer seals mylar bags or alluminum bags?

Hello, plastic vacuum packaging bags are OK. Aluminum platinum bags may be thin or thick, and the Moist Mode effect will be better. If the sealing effect is not good, after the Vac+seal operation is completed, add 1-2 seal-only cycles. This depends on the on-site operation conditions.

In description (picture on top of web) is written "continuous use no waiting" and in the manual is written let it cool down for 1 minute before next use. Which one is true? Thx
