Dear Sir or Madam,
today we received our order and assembled the entire piece of furniture. Unfortunately, we were unable to install the handle. We believe that the supplied screws are too short.
The handle can be attached to the screws by hand, but when mounting it onto the furniture, the screws do not reach the required depth to secure the handle properly. Therefore, we assume that longer screws are needed.
Please let us know how this issue can be resolved.
