Can the wheels of this TV-stand (single bar, and pivotable screen mount) be locked in place, so that it won't roll away on an uneven surface? Also, is the weight limit in regards to the TV which is mounted high up, or could I theoretically put some dead weights on top of the base frame for a sturdier frame with a lower center of gravity? I aim to use the TV-stand on markets to display products and the ground is often a bit uneven.
