Would this unit work for a spa 1500 liters in Denmark so cold in the winter. Heat to 40 degrees. Would you recommend the 7 or the 11 kw?
If it is 1500L, 7kW is enough, but please note that the minimum operating temperature of our machine is -10℃

If the unit is rated to operate down to -10 °C, does it have any built-in freeze protection features? For example, heat exchanger protection, circulation, electric heating, or automatic frost detection?
It has winter antifreeze protection and antifreeze protection, and the compressor has a crankshaft heating belt. Automatic defrosting is also available. We have tested these in the laboratory, and there is no problem at minus 10 degrees

I can't find the manual from the manual center. What is the recommended water flow range for the pump in cubic meters in hour or litres per minute? What size are the water intake/output connections? 30mm? 38mm? 50mm?
Connect 50mm pipes to the inlet and outlet ports. The recommended flow rate is 1.6–3.1 m³/h. Product Guides and Documents : https://eur.vevor.com/pages/contact-us/YCRBOZZG1487KIF00V7 If this answer does not resolve your issue, please contact us again for assistance.

Is there an input to connect an external thermostat or run signal?
No, this model does not typically include an external thermostat or run-signal input; it is controlled through its built-in electronic controller, and any external automation would require indirect power switching rather than direct control wiring.
