Will the pump work when it is freezing? Does it release water into the well, so that there is no water left in the pump housing that freezes?
In winter, the pump needs to be drained to prevent water from freezing inside and causing damage.

I will need a G1-5/8" BSPP male adapter to connect the pump to a suction tube. This is a dimension and thread that is uncommon in Norway and quite difficult to find. Do you have any recommendations on where I can find connections that fit this pump?
