Can the camera show me inside floor or wall, where leak hot or cold water from pipes?

Hot water is okay, but cold water depends on the temperature difference. If the temperature difference is not large, it won't work.

Can the camera ir see underground.and how much is the depth of an object ?

All thermal imaging cameras have no penetration function, and can only image the temperature difference transmitted from underground objects to the surface. How deep you can see depends on the temperature that the underground object transmits to the surface.
