Hi, how long is the exhaust pipe/inlet pipe/outlet pipe? Does it have a fan for heat distribution? Specification says Operating Consumption is 12V/3A but in an answer Vevor says Power Supply needs to be no less than 15A. Why?

The length of the exhaust pipe is 60cm, and the length of the air intake pipe is 60cm. A fan is used to dissipate heat. The starting current is 12A and the rated current is 3A.
