i see it says distill alcohol (recommended temp. for distilling alcohol is 85-95℃/185-203℉). but i only get 108 deg on highest setting

Hello, it is 108 degrees Celsius, which is equal to 226 degrees Fahrenheit. There is a button on the left side of the machine to switch from Celsius to Fahrenheit.

For distilling water we need filter in machine. My question is. If the machine need filter to for distilling alcohol? Or this machine distill alcohol without filter. Becouse for distilling water we need filter.

Hello, Would you be able to tell me the ideal temperature for distilling regular water you recommend, please? You mentioned the ideal temperature for alcohol, but not water. I've never used a distiller, and I'm somewhat unsure if boiling water would even be safe with this. Thank you, in advance. And Happy Holidays.

The ideal temperature for distilled water should be set above 100 degrees Celsius. The temperature range for this machine is 58-108 degrees Celsius, so you can use it with confidence.
